Return PolicyRefunds/Exchanges/Credits
We offer a full refund, exchange, or credit of the purchase price of any of our products(unless otherwise noted) if you aren't 100% satisfied with the goods. In order to complete a return, exchange, or credit these steps MUST be followed:
* unCulture must be notifed of the reason for a return, exchange or credit within 7-10 days(US purchase) or 18 days(International purchase) from original purchase date via email or by phone. Please refer to your order number when emailing or calling for faster service.
* Items must be returned in Unused/Unworn condition as determined by us within 5-7 days of notification before a refund, exchange or credit will be given. Items must include original packaging. No used, worn, washed or damaged items will be accepted as a return. Returned items must inclued the order number.
* Please note that we do not offer any warranties or guarantees on any of our products.
* Shipping costs are ALWAYS non-refundable. In and exchange, the customer is responsible for payment of all shipping fees.
* Refunds will only be given in the form of the orginal payment.
* A return will not be accepted for a refund, exchange or credit if any of these steps are not taken. There will be No exceptions. If you have any questions about this refund policy, please ask them before ordering.
